Executive Towers - Business Bay Dubai

The Executive Towers is a complex of 12 towers in Business Bay development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They comprise 10 residential towers, one commercial tower known as Aspect Tower, and one hotel tower 'The Taj Hotel'. They are the first buildings to be completed in Business Bay, and are located near its entrance.


Executive Towers is by far the most popular residential project in Business Bay. There are nearly 2,000 apartments in total and they offer much larger sizes on average than other residential projects in Business Bay. Executive Towers stands prominently along Sheikh Zayed Road and is a short walk away from the Business Bay metro-station. It is an ideal location for residents who work in the major employment centers closeby (Business Bay, Trade Center, Downtown, DIFC, Deira, Bur Dubai). 
The Executive Towers closely resemble the architectural style and feel of Jumeirah Beach Residence (also by Dubai Properties) The buildings sit on a podium level where residents share facilities such as pool, gym, BBQ areas, children's play areas etc.
